Refund Policy

Overview

Vidforge AI ("we," "our," or "us") provides AI-powered video and image generation services on a credit-based model. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for credit packages and subscription plans.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full 100% refund only when both of the following conditions are met:

1. The request is made within 3 days of the original purchase date for a credit package or subscription plan.
2. Zero credits have been consumed. You must not have used credits for any AI video or image generation operation.

If either condition is not met, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• More than 3 calendar days have passed since the original purchase date.
• Any credits have been consumed, including a single AI video or image generation operation, regardless of the number of credits used.
• A request cites dissatisfaction with generation quality after credits have been used.
• A request is for a partial refund of unused credits after any credits have been consumed.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@vidforge.io with the following information:

• Your registered email address
• Your order or transaction ID
• The date of purchase
• The reason for your refund request

We will review eligible requests and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
